Terms & Conditions – Algarve Cave Tours

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your booking. By making a reservation with Algarve Cave Tours, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Modification & Cancellation Policy

Changes to Reservations

Reservations may be modified or cancelled within 48 hours of the original booking confirmation, subject to availability.

To request a modification or cancellation, you must contact our customer service team directly and provide:

• Booking confirmation ID
• Renter’s name
• Booking details

Cancellation Fees

• More than 48 hours before departure: 20% cancellation fee
• Less than 48 hours before departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

Important

We always aim to assist our customers wherever possible. If you believe you may need to cancel or modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to find a suitable solution.

Guaranteed Reservation Policy

In the unlikely event that the booked vessel cannot be provided during the confirmed reservation period, we will contact you and offer:

• A suitable alternative vessel, or
• An alternative date, subject to your agreement

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as accident or damage prior to departure, a fair and reasonable solution will always be arranged.

Flight, Train & Travel Delays

If you are delayed due to a flight, train, or other travel-related issue, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

We will always try to accommodate delays where possible, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Failure to Arrive (No-Show Policy)

Failure to arrive at the scheduled departure time without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

In such cases:

• The booking will be cancelled
• No refund will be issued
• We reserve the right to allocate the vessel to another customer

Weather & Sea Conditions

All tours are subject to weather and sea conditions.

In the event that conditions are unsafe or unsuitable:

• The tour may be rescheduled, or
• A full refund will be provided

Safety is always our top priority.

Safety & Responsibility

All passengers must follow the instructions of the skipper and crew at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse boarding or terminate a tour without refund if a passenger behaves in a manner that compromises safety or the experience of others.
